Public evidentiary research report
Identification and bounded question
Use the packet and task identifiers from the accompanying JSON. State the question, jurisdictions, relevant dates and public-source collection boundary. Identify the author and contribution role by public handle. Explain the legislative or scholarly relevance without assuming criminality.
Findings and source support
For each claim ID, state the proposition, status, source ID, original issuer, exact pinpoint, retrieval date and a short explanation of how the record supports that proposition. Separate an allegation appearing in a filing from a verified event. For an inference, state the inferential steps and facts that could disprove it. A reader must be able to reconstruct the analysis from the cited record.
Counterevidence and unresolved questions
Present contradictory records, alternative identities, ordinary commercial explanations, missing documents, incomplete time ranges, and jurisdictional or effective-date questions. State the confidence limits in words. Do not assign a numerical probability unsupported by a calibrated method.
Entity and transaction resolution
Identify the dated registry/filing keys used to connect entities. Distinguish legal ownership, beneficial control, management, registered-agent services and mere address overlap. For digital assets, identify chain, transaction, block, token contract, units, timestamp, and attribution limits. Explain any clustering heuristic and known false-positive mechanism.
Preservation and rights
Describe original formats, authorized copies, SHA-256 digests, custody events, transformations, redactions and public-use basis. If a restricted or private record was encountered, exclude it and record only an appropriate nonrevealing disposition. Do not attach SARs, protected tax data, sealed records, passwords, private financial identifiers or witness contact details.
Review disposition
Record requested corrections and independent reviewers. The author cannot grant publication approval by completing this section. A trusted maintainer decision, separate exact-byte digest registry entry, and completed legal/privacy review govern public publication. No report is an official referral, subpoena, finding of liability, or charging decision.
